INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW OF THE ORGANISATION
The Ballymun Regional Youth Resource CLG (BRYR) is a registered
charity and community-based youth work organisation working for the
welfare, development and well-being of **Apply on the website**-year
olds in Ballymun and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to empower
young people to reach their full potential, by putting in place a
range of resources that will support them to make a happy, healthy and
successful transition to adulthood, promoting health, well-being and
resilience at all stages of their development.
Ballymun Regional Youth Resource was legally incorporated in **Apply

governed by a Board of eight Directors (Trustees). BRYR employs

?1.5m. The principal funders are Department of Children, Equality,
Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY), Health Service Executive
(HSE), Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection (DEASP),
City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB), Dublin City
Council. We also have once off grant aid and donations from various

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED
Heating Upgrade of the registered premises of BRYR at the Reco,
Sillogue Road, Ballymun, Dublin **Apply on the website** which will
include, but will not be limited to:
* Full service of the current system to include Power-flushing of
LTHW System
* Supply and installation of 2 Gas Fired Condensing Boilers c/w
Cascade System, Flue Header and Vertical Twin Wall Stainless Steel
Flue, Dirt/Air Separator, alterations to existing pipework and all
electrical works associated with the project
* Removal and disposal of existing boiler
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
Ballymun Regional Youth Resource is committed to carrying out upgrade
projects, taking climate action into our own hands while improving the
facilities in the Reco for young people and saving much needed funds
for community youth projects.
TIMINGS

PROJECT FUNDING
Approved funding from the DCEDIY through the CDYSB is ?**Apply on

to the supplier or service provider that is best able to fulfil
BRYR?s requirements (selected in accordance with the award
criteria), whose bid is value for money, demonstrates excellent
project management and after sales service. BRYR does not bind itself

REPORTING MECHANISMS AND STRUCTURES
The project will be overseen by the Youth Services Manager. However,
day to day contact for the project will be through the Facilities
Manager.
TENDER PROCESS
Each firm will be required to submit a written proposal setting out
your capabilities as well as your proposed fee by 5PM ON FRIDAY
